The art and science of controlling and expanding the energy flow via the use of the breath. Pranayama is the 4th of the 8 limbs of classical yoga and is approached as a natural progression from the practice of asana.

The pranayama class is every Monday evening from 18.00 to 19.15 and is open to all those who are familiar with Iyengar yoga and normally follow classes at level 2 or beyond. A prerequisite is the regularity in asana practice and especially that of inversions (headstand and shoulderstand), even if supported.
